Acceptance of Terms

Any attempt to manipulate transactions or exploit payment systems will result in immediate account suspension.

Betting and Gaming Rules

Rewards points, tiers, and redemption conditions are governed by the programme rules published in the Rewards section of your account dashboard. 1815 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Rewards programme at any time with reasonable notice to members. Points have no cash value outside the platform and cannot be transferred between accounts. Any attempt to game or manipulate the Rewards system through artificial activity will result in forfeiture of accumulated points and potential account closure.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 1815: using automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform; collusion between players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets; exploiting software bugs or errors for financial gain; providing false identity information; operating multiple accounts; and any form of fraudulent transaction or chargeback abuse. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities in the Philippines where applicable. 1815 monitors platform activity continuously to protect the integrity of the gaming environment for all members.

Limitation of Liability

1815 provides the platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. In no event shall 1815's liability to any member exceed the amount currently held in that member's account at the time of the relevant claim. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification and standard processing times. 1815 may also close or suspend accounts without prior notice where there is evidence of terms violations, fraud, or activity that puts the integrity of the platform at risk. Accounts subject to ongoing investigations may have withdrawals held until the investigation is resolved. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to the closure date.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from your use of 1815 that cannot be resolved through our internal support process will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Philippines. 1815 operates in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations governing online entertainment platforms. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable under Philippine law, the remaining provisions continue to apply in full. These terms represent the entire agreement between you and 1815 with respect to your use of the platform.
